Today, we will explore the use of Yoga as an additional tool to help with body and weight management. We all know the key to achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight, is a healthy diet, and good exercise. Yet many struggle with traditional exercise methods such as running, weights and stairs.
Yoga provides an effective alternative, that is low impact, meaning it will put less stress on body joints such as knees and hips, while still delivering good muscular workouts, that can build strength and help burn energy/ fats.
